Payment Processing: We accept payments on our platform for both buyers and vendors. When you use the payment option Flutterwave, the payment will be processed by Flutterwave, and a receipt from our partner in Nigeria, “Starblack Media,” will be sent to your email. We collaborate with Starblack Media to take care of our payments only in Nigeria. All transactions are subject to our Payment Policy. By making a purchase or selling a product on our platform, you agree to comply with our payment terms and conditions.

What We Don’t Do:

• Sales Performance: We are not responsible for the success or failure of sales of your music or beats on our platform. While we provide a marketplace for musicians and producers to showcase their work, we do not guarantee sales or revenue generation.
• Promotion Responsibility: While we actively promote our marketplace through various channels, including social media and advertising campaigns, we do not undertake the responsibility of promoting individual products or ensuring their visibility to potential buyers. It is the responsibility of musicians and producers to actively share and promote their products to maximize exposure and sales.
• Performance Guarantees: We do not guarantee the performance, popularity, or acceptance of your music or beats on our platform. The success of your products depends on various factors, including market demand, competition, and audience preferences.
• Geographical Limitations: Our platform serves as a showcase for music from artists and producers in the United States and other countries. While we aim to provide access to a global audience, we do not guarantee reach or availability in specific regions or territories.
• Content Accuracy: We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content posted on our platform by musicians, producers, or users. While we strive to moderate and monitor content to ensure compliance with our guidelines, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or authenticity of user-generated content.
• Third-Party Services: We are not responsible for any third-party services, products, or websites that may be linked to or integrated with our platform. Any interactions, transactions, or agreements with third-party services are solely between you and the third-party provider, and we disclaim any liability for such interactions.
